1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members") of the bb22 platform and all services included within it. By visiting the bb22 website, creating an account, or using any service, a member is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

bb22 is an online casino and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Each individual may operate only one bb22 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed.

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Keeping the password confidential and not sharing it with any third party is mandatory. If login credentials are lost or unauthorized access is suspected, bb22 must be notified immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bb22 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a member's identity — such as a national ID card or passport. If documents are not provided within the specified time, deposits or withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

Approved methods for depositing funds on bb22 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits or withdrawals using another person's account are strictly prohibited. If bb22 identifies such a transaction, it reserves the right to cancel it and suspend the account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be completed on the bonus amount — this applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotions

bb22 offers various promotional deals from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotions page. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bb22 takes a firm stance against suspicious bonus use. If a member attempts to abuse the bonus system — such as through risk-free betting, multiple accounts, or artificial transactions — bb22 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and close the account.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

bb22 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets or playing games using any software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw in the platform — if such a flaw is discovered, it is the member's responsibility to report it to bb22 immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Submitting false identities or fraudulent documents.
• Colluding with other members to cheat.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, bb22 will close the relevant account and reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

7 Personal Data Protection

• Member data is secured through SSL encryption.
• Data is not sold to third parties without the member's consent.
• Limited data may be used for service improvement and necessary verification.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, they will need to contact the support team. Available balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed — however, if the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been met, that bonus will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension by bb22

bb22 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• Failure to provide documents within the specified time for identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• A court order or directive from an authority.

After an account is suspended, the member may contact bb22's support team to resolve the matter.

9 Responsible Gaming

bb22 believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not financial stress or emotional hardship. The platform is intended solely for adults aged 21+.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Changes & Amendments to the Terms
